Shipping
Shipping and processing times will vary, depending on the current volume of orders. During holidays and website sales, processing time is longer.
International Shipping: Please note that it is the BUYER'S responsibility to accept, pay, and handle any duty and/or customs fees for their packages from our store. We will not be held responsible for those extra charges, that is something that comes with purchasing from an international website.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or order cancellations once order has been placed.
Damaged items
Customer must notify seller of any damaged products within 3 days of shipping delivery confirmation. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or lost in transit with proof of non-delivery. Route insurance is highly recommended to protect your shipment package. USPS insurance is provided with your package for up to $100. If you receive your item and it is damaged, and you did not purchase the Route Insurance, YOU will need to take your entire package to the USPS Post office to file a claim for reimbursement. USPS requires the package, proof of value, tracking number, proof of purchase. They no longer allow the merchant to file the claims for lost or damaged packages.
